Darlene Orvieto has been Exposing Corruption in the MA Family Courts, DCF, and MA Government for many years on almost all social media platforms, bringing parents together on Facebook etc.  

 

After the Corrupt judge Linda Fidnick ignored a 175 -page Guardian ad Litem investigation that she ordered and was demanded for by her high conflict ex-partner.  The GAL wanted Darlene to have full legal and physical custody of her minor children.  The GAL saw through the nonsense.  Fidnick broke MA Law and ordered she and opposing party pay for the extensive investigation.  By law the state of MA should pay for these reports.  Fidnick also ignored results of a forensic psychological examination that was also demanded for by the high conflict ex-partner and revealed who the true problem was.

Fidnick also Blatantly violated Darlene's Federal American Disability rights on the Record (recording available on her Youtube channel).  Darlene is filing a Federal Lawsuit against judge Linda Fidnick.

After 11 years in family court, dealing with constant and disgusting false accusations brought to both Court and DCF by a high conflict Ex, Dar’s NO Tolerance policy became MAXED out. 

 

We do not need to become ex-parents after we become the ex-spouse or partner.  This thinking is flawed, toxic and incredibly immature.  It is also ABUSE to pull children into a war they did not choose and use them as weapons against a parent.  This NEEDS to END!

Observing parent after parent on all platforms, being completely decimated by this broken and corrupt system, she decided to step up and expose what was given to her by other parents, media, or online platforms about the abuse children and parents are forced to endure through family court and DCF. 

As of today in 2024, almost 11 years now in Family Court, parent after parent reach out to her in trauma and for support, as Dar is one of the few who has dared to go completely public on all platforms.  She has created this website with support of other parents to bring victims of a Rigged and Corrupt System together into judge groups and the class action that is being organized.

Darlene has not seen her children for 2 years 7 months after the 5th false accusation of child sex abuse.  18 months later the DA closed the investigation.  She is now working on reunifying with her children as justice finally occurs.  Her youngest was weaponized to make the 5th false accusation.  The court now understands, (new judge), that her child was coached and does not understand why DCF ever supported this accusation, given the past accusations of the same kind that were investigated and unsupported.  Darlene found that the DCF social worker was closely connected to the children's stepmother, her ex was in a position to allegedly navigate the connection to this DCF individual.  The mandated reporter worked for the high conflict parent.  The system is a cesspool.  Horrific romper room situation for any loving parent to have to contend with.  Never give up on your children, they need you to help them heal.
